The Honda 25 HP 4-stroke (BF25) is a reliable 3-cylinder, 552cc SOHC outboard engine designed for 14–16ft boats, known for quiet, fuel-efficient operation. It features a 3-carburetor system, electric start, 5,000–6,000 RPM range, power tilt/trim and weighs approximately 179 lbs. Also includes steering assembly and throttle controls.
 
This engine is pristine and fully tested with good compression. The housing is solid and decent condition.
